Founded in 1996 by owner Jeff Herrin, StarTex Construction has a rich history marked by success, growth, and unwavering commitment. With over 1,500 completed projects totaling over $140,000,000 in sales, our journey reflects a legacy of excellence. We primarily focus on industrial interior finishing, light manufacturing, hazardous material/high pile storage, and specialty laboratories.

Since the beginning, we have continued to be driven by the values of quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Staying true to this goal has earned the company many repeat and long-term clients throughout the years. Today, we provide interior construction services to business owners across the Houston area.
